Job Description: We are hiring a Commercial Electrician with proven experience on commercial job sites in the Tampa area. This position involves new construction, renovation, and service work for commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems
- Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Install conduit, wiring, panels, transformers, and lighting systems
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable local codes
- Work collaboratively with project teams and site management
- Uphold job site safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Solid knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights when required
- Reliable transportation to assigned job sites
Preferred:
- State or local journeyman/master electrician license
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
