After years working in the field, we experienced the same frustrations many contractors still face today. Workforce companies that didn’t understand the trade. Electricians who weren’t properly vetted. Promises that weren’t kept.
We believed there was a better way.
WE DID NOT START ATS TO BUILD ANOTHER STAFFING COMPANY.
We started ATS to solve a problem.
Working in the field gave us a front row seat to the challenges commercial electrical contractors face every day. We saw projects delayed because the workforce wasn’t dependable. We saw contractors request experienced electricians and receive people who weren’t prepared for the work.
The problem wasn’t a lack of electricians.
The problem was a workforce model built around volume instead of quality.
In 2017, ATS was founded with a different vision.
Not to become the biggest workforce company.

Before ATS, our founder worked across nearly every level of commercial electrical construction.
Starting as an electrician at sixteen years old, he went on to lead crews, manage projects, build subcontracting businesses, and operate commercial solar and low voltage projects with teams of more than twenty electricians and installers.
That experience continues to shape the way ATS supports clients today.
Because when you’ve worked in the field, you understand what contractors expect from the people they bring onto their jobsites.
